Most of the people in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting are not looking for work right now. Some of them started again last week, on other job sites, and nobody told you. CoverClicks finds those people by matching hashed email addresses against daily job-search activity across the network and returns six signals: how recently they searched, how intensely, for how long, on how many sites, and in which job areas. Your recruiters reach out to warm, known candidates first instead of buying new leads.
How it works
- Open the Integrations tab of your CoverClicks dashboard and connect your SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting account. The dashboard shows the exact steps for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- We pull each candidate's id and email, hash the email immediately, and keep only the hash plus your SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting record id.
- Every night we match the hashes against job-search activity. Each match comes back with your SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting record id and the six signal fields.
- We write a tag, a note or a custom field onto the matched record in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and the same match is available as a daily file, a real-time webhook and through Zapier, Make or n8n.
Raw email addresses never pass through CoverClicks. The match is on a one-way hash, and nothing we return names a job site, a date of activity or a hit count.
Questions
- What does CoverClicks read from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting?
- Only two things per candidate: the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting record id and the email address. The email is converted to a one-way hash the moment it arrives and the address itself is never stored. Names, resumes, notes and job history stay in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- What gets written into SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting?
- For each candidate who is job hunting again we add a tag, a note or a custom field. It carries the match date, how recent and how intense the search is, how long it has been going, how many sites the person is active on, and the main job area. Nothing else on the record is changed.
- How long does setup take?
- Minutes. Open the Integrations tab of your CoverClicks dashboard, pick SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and follow the on-screen steps to connect your own SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting account. We test the connection on the spot and the first matches arrive the next morning.
- What does it cost?
- The first 500 matches are free. After that each delivered match is $0.15, with no contract and no platform or minimum fee. Only people seen job hunting in the last 30 days are delivered, and only they are charged.
- Can I switch it off?
- Yes. Pause or disconnect SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting from the dashboard at any time. Disconnecting deletes the credentials you gave us; the last list we pulled stays until you upload or connect again, and nothing further is written to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
