CoverClicks operates a real-time signal activation network connecting publishers and buyers of marketing signal data. Use of the network as a publisher or buyer is governed by a separate written agreement between CoverClicks and the participating party. These Terms govern only your use of our public website and any services made available without a separate agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services, accounts, or networks
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services, except as expressly permitted by law
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the website other than for legitimate search-engine indexing
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact or signup form
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software made available through the website are owned by CoverClicks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
