Applicant tracking systems: direct connection

Open the Integrations tab of your dashboard, pick your system, and paste the credentials from your own account. We test the connection on the spot, pull candidates (email only, hashed immediately), and from the next morning write a note, tag or field onto every candidate who is job hunting again. No file uploads, no mapping, nothing to host.

Most of these connect from your dashboard in minutes. For a few, we walk you through getting a key from your vendor. Your dashboard shows the exact steps for each system.

CRMs: direct connection

Same flow for sales and marketing CRMs: we match your contacts and write the signal onto the contact record so your sequences and workflows can act on it.

Create the webhook trigger named above in your tool.
Paste the address it gives you into the Reactivation signals tab of your CoverClicks dashboard.
Map the fields (your record id, hashed email, recency, intensity, duration, sites, occupation clusters) to the next step.

Matching the record on your side. Put your own record id in the second column of your upload and every match comes back carrying it, so the automation can update the right record directly. Without it, we identify each person by the SHA-256 of their email, never the address, and you match on that hash. Raw addresses never pass through CoverClicks.

Publishers

Sending data in is a single script tag (works in Google Tag Manager) or a server-to-server call from any language. Interest data comes back on your dormant file and through the lookup API. See the publisher reference.
