What you get for each match
The person (hashed the same way as your upload), when we found them, how recently and how intensely they are searching, how long the current search has been going, how many sites they are active on, and the job areas they are looking in.
Questions
- What counts as an active match?
- A person from your list who we saw job hunting somewhere on the network in the last 30 days. People who are not active are never delivered and never charged.
- Can the same person be charged twice?
- Only when they show new activity, and no more often than the interval you choose (7 to 90 days, default 30). One quiet person on your list is never a recurring charge.
- Is there a contract or minimum?
- No. Upload a list, use the 500 free matches, and stop or pause any time. Nothing is charged until you buy credits.
- How do I control spend?
- Set a daily cap in dollars or in matches from your dashboard. When there are more matches than the cap, the most recent activity is delivered first and the rest waits.
